Gordon Haislip Obituary Gordon Lee Haislip 72, of 265 Wharton Station Road, Washington NC passed away on March 30, 2025. He was born to Daniel Haislip and Frances Holiday Haislip of Robersonville NC. Gordon was born on December 31, 1952, in Martin County. He obtained his education in Martin County where he then graduated. Gordon worked in manufactory as a laborer.Throughout life he enjoyed fishing, hunting, and squirrel trapping.
He was preceded in death by his parents. Two brothers; Herbert Haislip and Jack Haislip. One sister; Ruth Bryant.
He leaves to cherish his memories, one daughter; Angie Gibson (Phillip). Grandchildren; Samatha Zitkus (Cameron),MacKenzie Northcott (Paul), and Karli Gibson. Four great grandchildren. His siblings; Brenda Congelton, Mary ElizabethH, Mobley, Ellen Harrison, Chris Haislip, Daniel Haislip all of Washington NC, Roy Haislip of Robersonville NC.
The family will receive friends and relatives at 1096 Duke Lane in Williamston North Carolina 27892. A memorial service will be held 3:00 pm Tuesday, April 1, 2025, at Rose of Sharon Original Free Will Baptist Church, 8000 Bear Grass Road, Robersonville North Carolina 27871. A visitation will be held one hour prior to service.
