Gordy Pritzl, age 92, of De Pere, passed away on December 5, 2024. The son of the late Joseph and Renata (Fischer) Pritzl was born on May 9, 1932. On November 23, 1961, he married Alice Richard in Green Bay. Gordy was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church, Ledgeview, where he was an usher for many years.
Survivors include his children: Vicki (Mark) Kubiak; Mark (Suzanne) Pritzl; Paula (Dave) MacKenzie; grandchildren: Callie Kubiak, Melanie Camden; step-grandchildren: Justin, Olivia and Rebecca Doan; great-grandchild: Evan Camden; brother Frank Pritzl, sisters-in-law: Betty Cochran and Mary (Bob) Misfeldt; many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his wife, Alice, Gordy was preceded in death by four siblings (Ray, Geri, Joan, and Cal and many in-laws.
Gordy was a Korean War veteran; and a long time Lions Club member and recipient of the Melvin Jones Fellowship award.
Special thanks to the staff at Woodside Manor for their loving care while he was a resident.
Family and friends may visit at St. Mary Catholic Church, 4805 Sportsman Drive, Ledgeview, on Thursday, December 12, from 9:30am until 10:45am. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00am with the Rev. Mike Ingold officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Cotter Funeral and Cremation Care is assisting the family.
