Grace was born June 25, 1934 in West Philadelphia.
She was predeceased by her parents James (Hagob) & Alice (Arousiag) Hayatian; a sister Connie Naisland and son in law Carmen Vincent Calderaro.
She is survived by her two children, Ramsey James Koumjian (Edward F. Zielinski) and Tina Calderaro; a sister Virginia Pope (Ben); a brother in law Simon Koumjian; two grandchildren, Christina Felicia Calderaro (Hedrick Scalcon) and Nicholas Vincent Calderaro (Eleni Masters); nieces and nephews, Kim Messinger (Will) Ben Pope (Jen), Craig Pope, Karen Peterson (Doug) and Simon Koumjian.
We all cherish the fond and happy memories we shared with her.
A celebration of her life will be held at her home on June 25, 2025 at a time to be announced.
Arrangements are under the direction of Cavanagh Patterson Funeral Home, 43 E. Baltimore Ave., Media.

Rest in peace Grace. We first met in 1972 when we come to the United States. It´s seems like a lifetime ago. We cherish the many Thanksgiving event we enjoyed at her house her gentle soul and our family gathering. Gob be with her God to look over her children, grandchildren and all other relatives.

What a wonderful, loving, fun, and sharp woman Grace was til the end! I feel honored to have known her and cared for her the last almost year and a half. Grace was always pleasant and made the best of every situation. She had meaningful relationships with her family and many friends. I am happy that she lived a great long life. I will miss Grace- her stories and her listening ear along with her practical and wise advice. My condolences to Tina, Ramsey, and the whole family as well as her many close friends.
