Graham Richard Stroud, 83, passed away on October 2, 2025 at WakeMed - Raleigh in Raleigh, NC.

Graham was born on May 13, 1942 in Durham, NC to the late Gus and Annie Stroud.

Graham was an avid player of softball and it could be said that it was a way of life more than a hobby. Graham also enjoyed fishing with his grandkids.

In addition to his parents, Graham was preceded in death by his wife Mary and his brothers Gus Stroud Jr. and James Stroud.

Graham is survived by his Daughter Alisa Lee (Gary); grandsons Jordan Lee and Kendall Lee; and his step-children Deborah Whitaker and Travis Whitaker.

Visitation will be held at Lancaster's Franklinton Chapel, 504 E Mason St, Franklinton, NC 27525 on Monday, October 6, 2025 from 6 to 8 pm.

A funeral service will be held at Lancaster's Franklinton Chapel Tuesday, October 7, 2025 at 11 am with a burial to follow at Fairview Cemetery.

Graham was a good friend, softball player and mentor to us younger players. We will all miss his jokes and laughter. He will be missed but not
forgotten. He's probably taking batting practice in Heaven.
