Gregory Allen "Gregg" Kendall, 70, of Shelbyville passed away Saturday, September 27, 2025, at his residence.

Born on February 14, 1955 in Shelbyville, he was the son of Martin "Dale" Kendall and Mildred G. (White) Kendall. He married Cindy L. (Boyce) Kendall on November 29, 1986 and she survives.

Other survivors include 5 daughters- Kelly Murray of Shelbyville, Erica Muhlenkamp (Jamie) of McCordsville, Kristie Schmitz (Mike) of Rays Crossing, Erin Spurlock (Eric) of Shelbyville, Caitlyn Pendergraft (Austin) of Brown County; sister Janice Skidmore (Skiddy) of Indianapolis; 2 nieces- Amy Morwick & Michelle Beckom; and 2 nephews- Jeffery Skidmore & Jason Skidmore; 9 grandchildren- Shana, Brandon, Eddie, Colin, Gavin, Lily, Violet, Abbi, Roman; and 6 great grandchildren- Harper, Charlie, Oakley, Waylon, Koe, and Kai. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother

Mark Allen Kendall.

Gregg had lived in this area his entire lifetime and graduated from Waldron High School in 1973. He worked for Corsi Cabinets, Continental Kitchens, Color Palette and owned & operated Refind Finishing for several years.

Gregg was a member of Rays Crossing Christian Union Church and had been an Eagle Scout and President of the Christian Union State Youth Group Organization.

Gregg loved music, collecting albums and playing his guitar. For several years his group the " Sweet Inspirations" would set up and play music for several local nursing homes. He loved sad clowns and collecting Emmitt Kelly clowns. Having 5 daughters, he was the ultimate "girl dad."

Funeral services will be 12:00 noon, Friday, October 3, 2025 at Glenn E. George & Son Funeral Home, 437 Amos Road. Burial will be in Bennett Cemetery. Family will receive friends on Friday morning from 10:00 am until the time of the service, at the funeral home.
