Gregory Faulkner, 50, passed away Sunday, February 23, 2025 at University of Kentucky Medical Center, Lexington. He was born August 12, 1974 to Rev. Scoby Faulkner and the late Dorothy Louise Rogers Faulkner. Greg was a self taught accomplished pianist beginning at five years old, having never taken a lesson. Playing in numerous music groups he shared his talents around the country. He loved cooking, gardening, decorating, and arranging flowers, but most of all he loved Christmas, often puting up over nine trees in his home. Survivors include, father, Rev. Scoby Faulkner; brother, Jerry (Lisa) Faulkner; sister, Bonnie (James) McIntosh; nephews, Christopher Faulkner, Aaron Faulkner, Joshua Faulkner, Jerry Faulkner Jr, Jonathon Sparks, and Benjamin Dombroski; nieces, Tiffany (Cameron) Halfacre, Emily Dombroski, and the apple of his eye Hannah Grace (Ryan) Tolson. He was preceded in death by his mother, Dorothy Faulkner and sisters, Barbara, Angie, and Amy. Services Thursday, February 27, 1:00PM Wells Funeral Home. Visitation Wednesday 5-9pm at the funeral home. Burial in Resthaven Cemetery with Aaron Faulkner, Josh Faulkner, Jerry Faulkner Jr., Ryan Tolson, Jon Sparks, and Mike Sparks. Honorary pallbearers staff he worked with at Stanton Elementary School and any of the Wise Village Pickers, he especially loved.
