He was born in Muncie on July 18, 1960, the son of Lawrence and Carol (Lyons) Koss and graduated from Muncie Northside High School. Greg later graduated from ITT Technical School.
He was a Journeyman electrician and worked for most of his career at Borg Warner.
Greg enjoyed gardening and model building.
Survivors include his two sons, Matthew Bowdell (Kelli) and Mitchell Bowdell; grandchildren, Lawrence, John, Carol and Danielle; his mother, Carol; two sisters, Karen Bungart (Mark) and Susan Scheiwe (Kent).
He was preceded in death by his father.
Services will be 11:00 a.m. on Monday, June 12, 2023 at Grace Lutheran Church, 610 North Reserve Street, with Rev. Daniel Mackey and Vicar Peter Preus officiating. Burial will follow in Elm Ridge Cemetery.
Family and friends may call from 10:00 until 11:00 a.m. on Monday at the church.
Memorial contributions may be directed to Grace Lutheran Church.
