Gregory Charles Luna

It is with great sadness that the family of Gregory Charles Luna announces his passing on October 21, 2025, at the age of 46. Gregory was born on February 13, 1979, in Akron, Ohio.
Throughout his life, Gregory worked in a variety of trades and was well known for his skill and dedication as a painter. He was a talented artist with a gift for drawing and expressing himself through his creativity. Whether working on a project or sketching in his spare time, Gregory poured his heart into everything he did.
Gregory was a devoted father, fiancé, brother, and son who loved his family deeply. He found his greatest happiness in being surrounded by those he cared for most. He loved his children beyond measure and shared a beautiful bond with his fiancée, Shannell Stallings, who held a special place in his heart-his partner, his comfort, and his best friend.
Gregory shared a powerful bond with his brother, John, and his sister, Michelle-a bond built on love, laughter, and lifelong memories. He cherished their time together and always reminded them how much they meant to him. He was also a loving son to Johnny Luna, whom he deeply respected and admired. Their relationship was one of mutual love and understanding that shaped Gregory into the man he became.
He often spoke fondly of his late mother, Tina Luna, who preceded him in death in 2019. He carried her memory close to his heart and found comfort knowing they are reunited once again.
Gregory leaves behind a family who loved him endlessly: his father, Johnny Luna (Tenise); his sister, Michelle Lloyd (Demetrius); his brother, John Luna (Teyona); his fiancée, Shannell Stallings; his three beloved children; two cherished grandchildren; and numerous loving nieces and nephews.
Gregory's presence brought warmth, laughter, and love into every room he entered. Though his time with us was far too short, the love he shared will live on forever in the hearts of those who knew him.
