Guy Michael Kitchen

Guy Michael Kitchen, age 56, resident of Bruce Township passed away unexpectedly on March 18th, 2023. Guy graduated from Royal Oak Kimball High School in 1984. He began working for the City of Troy in 2002. He was working as an Engineering Field Inspector at the time of his passing.
Guy was a loving husband, father, son, and brother. He was known for his witty sense of humor and snarky jokes. Guy had the ability to make the room shake with laughter. He had an endless amount of knowledge about many subjects. Guy loved to work with his hands, take on new projects, and could fix nearly anything.
Guy is survived by his loving wife of 19 years, Patricia (Brunk) Kitchen, daughters Jessica (19), Amanda (17), and Rachel (16), parents Guy N. Kitchen and Mary (Dawkins) Kitchen, brother Scott Kitchen (Jennifer Tyack), sister Jill (Carl) Werda, and their children Alex, Marek, Scotty, and Drew.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 23, 2023 from 3-8 PM at the Henry M. Malburg Funeral Home in Romeo, MI.
Funeral Service will be held on Friday, March 24, 2023 at 10:30 AM at the funeral home. A short visitation will be held from 9:30-10:30 AM., prior to service.
In lieu of flowers, family is requesting, donations for his three beautiful daughters college funds.
