Hailey loved everybody that she met, and she was always happy. She was a friend to all and was quick to share a smile with others. She loved animals, music, dancing, singing, and acting goofy. Hailey enjoyed playing soccer.
She is survived by her mother, Jessica Cole; brothers, Terrell Lamar Fulz, Jr. and Jordan Lee Fulz; uncle, John A. Cole (Dez); grandmother, Rebecca Cole; four great aunts, Barbara Matherly, Rosie McDonald, Roberta Ader (Don), and Diana Matherly (LaFayette Rader); special cousin, Ariana Ader; cousins, Alex Ader, Phillip McDonald, Matthew McDonald, Mark (Briauna) McDonald, Annslee McDonald, Zoey McDonald, Odin McDonald, Arlo McDonald, Lana Matherly Powell (Mikey), Kahlika Matherly-Allen, Stacey Cole, Jewelann Cole, Jadelynn Cole, Jaleah Cole, Drake Cole; special cousins in Florida; special friend, Elsa; special friend in Florida, Ashley Hood; best friend, Javi; special teachers, Mrs. Goode, Mrs. Megan, Mrs. Lee, Mr. Carl, and Mrs. Grant; and school officer, Stigal; and special friends, Stephanie and Stacy Allen, their children and family; Rose Ramos, her daughters and grandchildren; Gina Moreno, her children and grandchildren; Marjorie Ward Corral Roulette, her sons, Shaun Smith, Pablo Roulette Smith, and family; Lourdes Hernandez, Ofir Hernandez, Floricel Hernandez and Rosalia Bustamante and family; Ms. Rhoda; and many other friends and family who loved Hailey dearly. Hailey was preceded in death by great grandmother, Margaret Matherly; and friend, John Smith.
Pallbearers will be Shaun Smith, Pablo Roulette Smith, Ricky Allen, John Cole, Mikey Powell, and Mark McDonald.
Funeral Service will be held at 6:00 PM, Monday, October 16, 2023, at Crossroads Christian Church, 4128 Todds Road Lexington, Kentucky 40509. Visitation will be from 4:30 until time of service. Officiated by Betsy Frost.
Graveside Service will be held at 11 AM, Tuesday, October 17, 2023, at Evergreen Memory Gardens. 5364 Lexington Road Lexington, Kentucky 40511. Officiated by Lynn Buckles.
Care Cremation and Funeral Service is honored to be entrusted with final care.

I remember the first time ever meeting Hailey. So young, and innocent. She didn't speak. Until she met my sons. She loved them. They loved her. I'm speechless at the thought of this young beautiful soul leaving us. But God needed her most. She had a smile and laugh that lit up a room.. You will be missed princess.. Even though I didn't see you much. I never forgot you. She would cry or beg me to stay with her sometimes. See was an angel on Earth.. If there was ever a fighter,warrior.. It was Hailey. She fought every day of her life to live life to its fullest. REST IN PARADISE SWEET HAILEY..
