Hannah Faith Blanchard, age 23, danced her way into Heaven on March 17, 2025. Hannah was born in Garland, Texas on November 12, 2001, to Michael Blanchard and Michele Ledbetter Blanchard. A funeral service will be held Monday, March 24, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at Commerce Funeral Home and Cremation Service. Interment will follow at Rosemound Cemetery.
During her short but powerful life, Hannah impacted the lives of everyone with whom she came in contact. Hannah had the hardest, most rewarding job there is, that of a full-time mother to Hazel. At the time of her passing, Hannah was 2 months pregnant and was anxiously awaiting the birth of her son, due in October 2025.
Hannah enjoyed painting, crafting, hiking, and camping. She tried skateboarding once, but that didn’t work out too well! And, of course, she was her own comedian! Hannah could light up a room and make you smile even during your darkest hour. Her love of life was evident and her laugh was contagious!
Left to cherish Hannah’s memory are daughter, Hazel Faith Blanchard; mother, Michele Ledbetter; Matthew Mckamie; Michael Blanchard; grandmother, Lucille Morton; grandfather, Joe Ledbetter; aunts, Sharon (Butch) Cernosek, Rhonda Wright, Jacqi (Donald) Morton, and Melissa Mckamie; uncles, Eddie Mckamie and Joey Ledbetter, and their families. Hannah also leaves behind siblings Bailey Bakken, Mikayla Barnes, Hutson Blanchard, Gabriel Blanchard, Abigail Herrin, Shawn Mckamie, and Shane Mckamie, as well as numerous cousins and extended family, with Bekah Jayde being her cousin and best friend through life.
Preceding Hannah in death are grandfather, Morty Morton and stepfather, Tim Herrin.
Serving as pallbearers for Hannah are Hutson, Gabe, Austyn, Jesse, Kaiden, Cody, Chad, and Trevor.
Commerce Funeral Home and Cremation Service is accepting donations on the family's behalf to offset funeral costs and for the sake of Hannah's 4 year old daughter who survives her.
