He was preceded in death by his parents; his loving wife, Jeanette; and sons, Russell and David Baggett.
Survivors include his sister, Kathy (Robert) Higgins; grandchildren, Crystal and Clinton; along with several nieces and nephews.
He will be placed at the New Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery with his wife.
There will be no services at this time.
