Born July 28, 1964 in Tunkhannock, PA, he is the son of Harold E. and Florence (Maconeghy) Wheeland. Harry lived most of his life in Brooklyn, PA, and was employed as a stone cutter in the Quarry Industry and farming. He was an active member of Grace Lutheran Church of Hop Bottom.
Surviving in addition to his wife and parents are his siblings; Linda Larnerd of Covington Twp. PA, Randy Wheeland, Sr., of Scranton, Bonnie John of Scranton and Sarah Wheeland of Scranton; his god daughter Kayla Mctague of Scranton; and additional nieces, nephews, cousins; aunts and uncles.
The funeral service will be conducted privately.
Memorial contributions may be made to Grace Lutheran Church of Hop Bottom, PA.
