Harry Edward Adams, age 78, of New Castle, passed away peacefully at his residence on June 19, 2025.
Born Oct. 6, 1946, in New Castle, PA, he was the son of the late George L. and Bernice Marie (Flinner) Adams.
He was married to his beloved wife Patricia Ann (Birney) Adams who preceded him in death.
Harry was a graduate of Neshannock High School. He faithfully served his country in the United States Marines. Harry graduated from YSU where he earned his bachelor's degree. He focused his career in social work where he was employed by YDC as a counselor. Traveling, nature, and spending time with friends and family, were some of his favorite hobbies. He will always be remembered for enjoying life.
Survivors include his companion, Jane Tanner; sister, Jill L. Scott and her companion, Robert L. Krantz, of York, PA; nephew Cullen W. Scott of York, PA; niece, Reyna M. and husband, Casey Baker of Bethel Park, PA; and nephew, Carson Birney of New Castle., PA.
In addition to his parents and wife, Harry was preceded in death by one brother Terry Lee Adams.
In keeping with his wishes there will be no visitation or services.
Memorial contributions may be offered to the hospice facility of the donor's choice.
