Jon W. Agee, age 83, of New Castle, passed away the evening of September 26, 2025.

Born February 6, 1942, in Columbus, OH, he was the son of the late Kenna and Gertrude (Savage) Agee.

On July 4, 1975, he married to the love of is life for 50 years, and counting, Susan (Goodpastor) Agee. She survives.

Jon earned his undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University. He then went onto obtain his Law Degree from the University of Florida, where he was Vice-Justice (Vice-President) of Phi Alpha Delta Legal Fraternity and the Senior Editor of the University of Florida Law Review. He practiced law in Fort Lauderdale for 45 years. Jon enjoyed writing six screen plays and one music video and in addition to that he had nine novels published. Jon's adventurous spirit found him in various places in the world, doing various things. Some of his most cherished memories were of hiking the Appalachian Trail through North Carolina, hiking through Yellowstone National Park, and climbing the II Soufriere volcano in Guadeloupe. Jon also enjoyed being the director of The Humane Society for 23 years.

In addition to his wife, Jon is survived by his sister, Kathy Agee of Las Vegas, NV.

Preceding him in death are his parents and one sister, Judy Davis.

In keeping with his wishes there will be no visitation or services.
