Harry Joseph Brevoort Jr., age 76, passed away September 3, 2025 in Springfield, Missouri. Born August 11, 1949 in Elizabeth, New Jersey to Harry and Jeanne (nee Hazard) Brevoort.

Harry graduated from Watchung Hills High School in Warren, New Jersey in 1967. He then entered the United States Air Force in 1968. He proudly served until 1972 as a Master Sergeant.

Harry went on to work as a Patrolman with the North Plainfield, New Jersey Police Department. He then went to work for Fed-Ex as an OPS Manager, where he retired in 2003.

Harry was a member of the Licking VFW Post 6637 and the American Legion.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Harry and Jeanne Brevoort.

Harry is survived by his wife, Susan K. (James) Brevoort; two children, Megan Brevoort, and Sean Brevoort; and one sister, Linda Mattoon.

Per Harry's wishes, cremation will take place with no services held at this time. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Licking VFW or the Licking United Methodist Church.
