Harry William Spickler, a revered Presbyterian Minister and devoted family man, entered into eternal rest on August 15, 2025, in Cynthiana, Kentucky. Born on October 20, 1942, in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, Harry's journey through life was marked by his unwavering faith and his loving heart.

Harry was a cherished husband to Joan Thompson Spickler, his devoted partner in life's journey for 60 years. Together they raised a family anchored in love and mutual respect. He was an exemplary father to his children, Margaret Spickler, Fred (Mary Beth) Spickler, and Jennifer Spickler (Shawn) Coffey. His role as a grandfather was one of his most cherished, as he took immense joy in imparting wisdom and creating memories with his grandchildren, Clara Spickler, Jacqueline Spickler, Grant Coffey and Cora Coffey. Harry's life was also blessed with the love of his sister Betty Manning, along with numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins who held him in great regard.

With a Doctorate of Divinity, Harry fulfilled his calling as a Presbyterian Minister, serving congregations with compassion and guidance for almost 50 years. The Millersburg Presbyterian Church was not just a place of worship but a second home where Harry's kindhearted spirit and unwavering commitment to his faith uplifted many. He walked the path of Christ with humility and grace, leaving behind a legacy of spiritual enlightenment and love.

Outside of his ministry, Harry was a member of the Masonic Lodge, Amity #40, where he found brotherhood and shared values. His artistic soul found expression through his oil paintings, where landscapes came to life under his skilled hands. Harry's passion for art was rivaled only by his love for spending time with his grandchildren and the quiet pleasure he found in solving puzzles.

Described by all who knew him as faith-filled and loving, Harry lived a life characterized by devotion-to his family, his church, and his faith. He has left an indelible mark on the hearts of those who had the privilege of knowing him, and his memory will continue to inspire and comfort his family and friends. As he walks with the Lord, his spirit remains a guiding light for all who cherish his memory. Harry's life serves as a testament to the beauty of a life well-lived and the power of a heart filled with love.
