Harvey "Lee" Sanders, age 96, entered into eternal rest on Friday, November 14, 2025 in Clarksville, Indiana. Lee as he was known, was born July 5, 1929 in Corydon, IN to Eugene and Marjorie Bussabarger Sanders. Lee proudly served his country during the Korean War. Lee retired from Conrad and Son Music Store where was an appliance repair technician as well as delivery driver. He was a faithful member of Unity Chapel Church. Lee enjoyed restoring antique cars as well. He was past member of the Hoosier Knobs C.A.R. Club. He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Wayne Sanders, a sister-in-law Goldie Sanders and a nephew, Jerry Sanders. Also preceding him was brother and sister-in-law, James Vernon and Bonnie J. Denbo. Survivors include his loving wife of 75 years of marriage, Violet R. Sanders, two nephews, Jeff (Denise) Sanders and Douglas (Abby) Denbo. Visitation will be from 5 PM to 8 PM on Wednesday, November 19, 2025 and on Thursday from 11 AM to 1 PM at Gehlbach & Royse Funeral Home in Corydon, IN. Funeral services will be at 1 PM Thursday at the funeral home. Rev. Jeff Reed will officiate. Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery in Corydon. The family would like to send a very special thanks to Doris Isgrigg and Darla Fischer for their loving care they gave to Lee during his illness.
