Jason Meyer

Jason Eugene Meyer, age 41, of Corydon, Indiana passed away at his home on November 5, 2025. He was born on September 20, 1984 in Corydon. Jason was the beloved son of Donald and Leisa Toler Meyer of Corydon, proud father of Jacob Curry of Sodus, New York, cherished brother of Amber Jacobi of New Salisbury, In, and a devoted uncle to his nieces, Makenzie and Emma Jacobi of New Salisbury, IN. A lifelong sports enthusiast, Jason especially loved basketball and was an avid supporter of the Kentucky Wildcats. He was a proud member of The Special Olympics family, representing with great pride at the 2004 Special Olympics in Japan, where he competed in snowshoeing. Outside of sports, Jason loved simple things like mushroom hunting, growing vegetables in his greenhouse, and most of all, spending time with his son, Jacob, whom he loved deeply. Jason's family will forever remember his generous spirit, contagious smile, and love for life. Funeral services will be held at 11 AM Saturday, November 15, 2025 at Gehlbach & Royse Funeral Home in Corydon, IN. Rev. Michael Elliott will officiate. Burial will follow in Heidelberg Cemetery in Corydon, IN. Visitation will be from 3 PM to 8 PM Friday, November 14, 2025 and on Saturday from 9 AM until the service at 11 AM.
