Hazel is preceded in death by her mother, father, stepfather Milburn Wilhite, brother Larry Wilhite, sister Norma High and husband Leo Cooper.
She is survived by her three children, daughter Deborah Lay Bennett of Yukon, son Raymond Lay II and wife Dianna of OKC, daughter Ronna Lay Austin of OKC, and their families which include numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; sisters Carol Neel of Twin Lakes, Linda Burpo of Kingfisher and Betty Gray of OKC.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, April 5, 2025, at McNeil's Funeral Service, 525 W Hwy. 152 in Mustang with interment afterwards at Resthaven Cemetery, 500 SW 104th St. in OKC. Visitation is from 1 to 8 p.m. Friday, April 4, 2025.

Deborah, I remember meeting your mother at her house in Mustang, when I lived there. She was busy working in her flower beds. Condolences to you, Raymond and Ronna. I know you will miss her.
