Hazel Zornes, 88 of Grayson, KY passed away Sunday, December 15, 2024, at the Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland, KY. She was born April 1, 1936, in Greenup County a daughter of the late Rolin and Minta Marlow Rister. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, David Zornes; a son, Paul Zornes, and several brothers and sisters. She was a cook supervisor in the Carter County Schools and of the Christian faith. She is survived by a son, Gary Zornes of Grayson, KY; a granddaughter, a great-granddaughter and several nieces and nephews. Graveside services were conducted Tuesday, December 17, 2024, at 2:00 P.M. at the Horsley Cemetery near Rocksprings. Arrangements by the Sparks Funeral Home. Online condolences at www.sparksfh.com
