Mrs. Helen Louise Ferrell passed away on Tuesday, March 19, 2025 at her residence in Bowling Green, KY.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 22, 2025 from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM at Gilbert Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. Funeral services will be held the same day, March 22, 2025 at 2:00 PM at Gilbert Funeral Home & Crematory with interment to follow in Greenlawn Cemetery in Franklin, KY
Helen was born on December 22, 1942 in Portland, TN to the late Betty T. (Hopkins) Jones and to the late Ernest B. Jones. She is also preceded in death by her son-in-law, Troy Williams; and 6 siblings.
She is survived by her spouse of 65 years, Ed Ferrell of Bowling Green, KY; 4 children, Ronald Ferrell (Wanda) of Bowling Green, KY, Randy Ferrell (Kim) of Bowling Green, KY, Ronda Williams of Franklin, KY and Rick Ferrell (Stephanie) of Crossville, TN; 9 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
Helen was a member of Castle Heights Church of God of Prophecy. She loved to spend time with her grandchildren and her great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy may be made to Castle Heights Church of God of Prophecy, c/o Treasurer, Wanda Hall, 6814 Cemetery Road, Bowling Green, KY 42103.
