Helen Racca Obituary
Abbeville-Funeral services will be held at 2:30 PM on Thursday, December 21, 2023 at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville honoring the life of Helen Neveaux Racca, 85, who died Tuesday, December 19, 2023 at Eastridge Nursing Center. She will be laid to rest at St. Paul Cemetery with Deacon William Vincent officiating the services.
Helen was known to all as a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She will be greatly missed.
She is survived by her son, Richard Racca; five grandchildren; brother, Kenneth Neveaux and his wife, Sue of Abbeville; and two sisters, Clara Hay of New Rhodes, LA, and Laura Frederick of Abbeville.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Loyce Racca; son, Carlos Babin; parents, Raoul Neveaux and the former Beulah Simon; and grandson, Damon Babin.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville, 209 S. St. Charles St., on Thursday, December 21, 2023 from 9:00 AM until time of services. A rosary will be prayed at 2:15 PM.
On behalf of the family, we would like to acknowledge her sister, Laura for being Helen's loving and dedicated caregiver.
