Publish in a newspaper

Helen Schuyler Redenbaugh, a remarkable woman whose intellect paved the way for future generations in technology, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at the age of 90.
Born in Queens, New York, Helen was the eldest daughter of the late Frank and Helen Schuyler. She nurtured her passion for the arts and academics at The High School of Music and Art (now LaGuardia High School) before pursuing a rigorous path, graduating from Barnard College with a degree in Mathematics.
Helen was a trailblazer in her field, becoming one of the first women to work as a computer systems analyst. Her career eventually led her to Denver, Colorado, where she met and married the love of her life, the late Gerald Redenbaugh.
She was a beloved sister to the late Robert Schuyler (Alana) and to Jane Schuyler. Although she had no children of her own, Helen was a cherished aunt who leaves behind her nieces, Diane Tual (Richard) and Cheryl Rodriguez (Richard), and her nephews, Edward Schuyler and James Schuyler. She was preceded in death by her nephew, William Schuyler. Helen's memory will be treasured by her family and all who knew her.
A visitation will be held on Monday, November 10 from 6:00 – 8:00 PM at Cornell Memorial Home in Danbury. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, November 11 at 11:00 AM at St. Marguerite Bourgeoys Church in Brookfield.
