Richard Keith Redenbaugh, age 92 of Crawfordsville, passed away on Sunday, March 23, 2025 at home while surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Kingman, Indiana on May 27, 1932 to the late Claude Freeman & Christa Rachael (Gray) Redenbaugh.

Richard graduated from Arsenal Tech High School in Indianapolis. He then proudly served his country in the United States Air Force and was stationed overseas in England for 3 years. He attended Bob Jones University in Greenville, South Carolina on the G.I. bill, where he met the love of his life, Anna M Davis. They were married for 58 years before her passing on June 23, 2020.

Throughout the years he worked at Montgomery Ward, Alcoa, Farm Bureau, and Pace Dairy. He was very a sweet, personable, witty and generous guy. He loved putting puzzles together and was notorious for giving them away. He enjoyed gardening with his wife, growing tomatoes, peaches, and strawberries. He was a member of East Side Baptist Church.

He is survived by his four children, Allan (Tiffany) Redenbaugh of Texas, Tim (Beth) Redenbaugh of Crawfordsville, Steve (Shana) Redenbaugh of Tennessee, and Ruth (Carlos) of Iglesias of South Carolina; eleven grandchildren; five great grandchildren; a sister, Martha Lee of Greenwood; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Anna; two sisters, Margaret Ellen Starnes and Mary Alice Vestal; and a brother, Robert Redenbaugh.

There will be a Graveside Service at Centennial Cemetery, 3209 S US Hwy 41, in Kingman on Thursday, March 27, 2025, at 3:00 pm with Pastor Nate Chambers officiating and military honors by the United States Air Force and Legion Post 72 Honor Guard.
