A ceremony celebrating the life of Henry C. Ferguson, Jr. will be held at 37112 Martin Luther King St., Darrow, LA 70725 on Thursday, April 11, 2024, beginning at 2:00 pm.
Henry was born on August 8, 1950, in Portland, Oregon and passed away peacefully at home with family on March 26, 2024, at the young age of 73.
He enjoyed music and loved the Dallas Cowboys. His greatest passion was his family, work and his dog Choppo, Cooper and Tody. He was a wonderful father, husband, friend, papa. A gentle soul who had compassion & love for family and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents Henry Ferguson, Sr and Autry B Redmond.
He is survived by his wife Zettie Ferguson, daughter Dana Ferguson, son & daughter-in-law Andre’ & Dana Ferguson, son & wife, Clifford and Joy Fuggett, grandson, Brandon Ferguson, granddaughter and husband, Brittany & Jonathan Favorite, great-grandchildren Jonathan Jr, JaLen and JaVon Favorite; niece & husband Ron & Darlene Coleman and children; family Sarah Loring, Tonya Curlin, Ruby Jones, Audrey Holloway, Lucille Josey and Barbara Clark; also a close group of those that were like his own children: Dairius & Leticia Shelton, Consuela Hall, Latonia Bowman and so many more.
