Henry was born in Chicago, Illinois on January 19, 1951 to Henry Hollingshead Sr. and Rosemary Hollingshead.
He graduated from Valley Forge Military Academy and Northwood University in Michigan. He served in the US Army from 1971 to 1975 in Thailand as a traffic analyst and crypt-analyst. He was married to Rita McQuiston in Terre Haute, Indiana on February 07, 1982. Henry was also known for his career as a top notch car salesman.
Henry is survived by his sons Craig Tarr (Stefanie) of Sheboygan, WI, William J. Hollingshead of Charlotte, NC, daughter, Barbara Hollingshead of Sheboygan, WI. His sister Heather of Washington State, his grandchildren Shanna, Victor, Brandon, Carson, and Spencer. His two great grandchildren Brantley and Amira.
He is preceded in death by his parents Henry and Rosemary, his son Alan Tarr, and his childhood best friend Robert Richter.
