Henry Kubik Obituary
Henry was born on September 8, 1924 in Detroit, MI to John and Sophia Kubik. Henry is survived by his daughter Corinne Elwert, Son-in-law Bruce, and sister Jane Waszchuk.
Preceding him in death is his beloved wife Stella, daughter Beverly, sister Estelle, and brothers John and Frank.
Henry was a WWII Navy Veteran, serving from 1943-1946 and later worked at Ford Motor Company retiring after 40 years of service. He and Stella lived in Detroit, Warren, and later moved to Sterling Heights, MI for the remainder of their years together. Upon retiring, Henry never sat still! He and Stella traveled to various places such as Hawaii, Florida, Cruises, and of course Las Vegas! When he wasn't traveling, he was tinkering in his garage, fishing, golfing, dancing and going to the casino.
Henry loved his family and those who knew him were blessed by his sense of humor and kindness.
Visitation Friday, August 15, 2025 from 10:30am to 12:30pm with a Funeral Service at 1:00pm at Bagnasco & Calcaterra Funeral Home, 13650 E. Fifteen Mile, Sterling Heights, MI.
