Henry Martinez, aged 55, from Goliad, Texas, passed away on Tuesday, June 24, 2025, in Goliad, Texas. He was born on September 8, 1969, in Raymondville, Texas, to Ernest and Ms. Odelia Martinez.
Family and friends are invited to gather for visitation on Monday, June 30, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, at Grace Funeral Home, located at 214 N. Market St., Goliad, Texas. A Funeral Service will follow at 11:00 AM on the same day at Grace Funeral Home, Goliad, Texas. Burial will take place at La Bahia Cemetery.
The pallbearers honoring Henry will include Andrew Martinez, Aaron Martinez, Matthew Martinez, Rene Martinez, Nikolas Williams, and Jordan Sandoval.
Henry had a deep passion for his family and grandchildren. He enjoyed cooking barbecue and sharing it with others. He also loved visiting flea markets and attending festivals. Henry was a professional truck driver, owner/operator, and trainer with J&H Transport.
Henry is survived by his parents, Ernest and Ms. Odelia Martinez; his wife, Juliz Cabrera Martinez; his daughter, Lauren Martinez (Nick); his sons, Andrew Martinez (CJ), Aaron Martinez, and Matthew Martinez; his siblings, Melissa Martinez (Rene), Roland Martinez (Denise), and Leroy Salinas (Krystal); his grandchildren, Austin, Lailah, Lilly, Aiden, and Abron; along with many other loving family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by Jesusa Aleman Salazar, Selestino Salazar, Pedro Salinas Rodriguez, George G. Brown, Sr., Eva Benavidez Martinez, Ernesto Martinez, and his sister, Nicole Martinez.
