Survived by one son, Daniel (Kim) Marshall of Salyersville, Kentucky, three daughters, Dorothy (Danny) Mullins of Salyersville, Kentucky, Peggy (Jeff) Stambaugh of Lowmansville, Kentucky, Teresa (Wilbur) Holbrook of Salyersville, Kentucky, one brother, Denver Marshall of McGuffey, Ohio, thirteen grandchildren, and fourteen great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, Herbert is preceded in death by his wife, Nannie Manns Marshall, one infant daughter, Linda Lou Marshall, five brothers, Oran Marshall, Nick Marshall, Canaan Marshall, Junior Marshall, Williard Marshall, two sisters, Ellery Marshall, Emily Brown, one grandchild, and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. Saturday, May 18, 2024 from the Swampton United Baptist Church with Mike Smith, and Doug Auxier officiating. Burial will follow in the Tip Top Cemetery at Tip Top, Kentucky. Friends may visit the church on Thursday, May 16, 2024 after 6:00 P.M., all day Friday, May 16, 2024, and any time prior to funeral services.
