Holly Ann Wood 61 of Riverdale, Utah passed away from this Earthly Life and returned to the Heavens on August 27, 2021. Holly was born May 6, 1960 in Brigham City, Utah. Her childhood was spent in Tremonton, Utah and Cottonwood, Arizona and eventually she returned to Ogden, Utah where she graduated from high school. Holly worked at several different jobs starting with the IRS when she was just 16 years old. She held jobs in the construction industry, accounting and real estate.

Holly loved to travel and enjoyed visiting any place with a beach. She explored Mexico, Bolivia, Brazil and Peru. While in Peru she studied with and was mentored by Shaman Elders. Her passion for Andean medicine and healing inspired her to lead several groups to Peru for the learning of Shamanic wisdom. She was known by and given the name La Sirena "mermaid" by her Andean friends. Holly believed in the power of energy healing, Mother Earth, Pachamama and embracing the highest dimensions of Spirit. May she rest with the Hatun Chaska and the angels.

Holly loved to entertain and have family and friends gather for bar-b-ques and swimming. She enjoyed quilting, crochet, swap meets, hiking, farmers markets, making cookies with her grandkids, and drive-in movies. She was the life of the party, the joy and the light. All of us who knew her will have memories to cherish. Her journey continues and she creates a new path for herself.

Holly is survived by two daughters, Natalie (Chris) Barnes and Whitney Snitchler; her mother Ruth (Goddard) Jones; sisters Peggy Conyer and Amy Pooler and six grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her daughter Tiffany (Snitchler) Phipps; her father Robert K. Wood and her stepfather James L. Jones.

Condolences and donations to help the family may be sent through Holly's obituary page at www.myers-mortuary.com.
