Hope was born in East Liverpool on June 14, 1984. She was a graduate of East Liverpool High School Class of 2002. She enjoyed painting and gardening. Hope was a loving mother, daughter, sister and aunt.
Preceding Hope in death were her paternal grandmother Neva McKinnon and maternal grandparents Dolly Coleman, Keith Coleman and Carol Lorenzi.
Left to cherish her memory are her son Garrett Levi Elliott; daughter Adriana Nevaeh Jo Hobbs; parents Ronald L. and Carol (Coleman) Phillips; sister Misty Ammon and her husband Butch Jr.; brother Matt Phillips and his wife Corey; two nieces Chloe Phillips and Miko Phillips and three nephews Preston Phillips, Channing Phillips and Malachi Phillips.
Friends may visit Monday at the Dawson Funeral Home where the family will be present from 2 to 5 p.m. Pastor Mark Blakeley of Wellsville First Christian Church will conduct a funeral service on Monday 5 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial at Calcutta Cemetery.

EAST LIVERPOOL – Hope L. "Honey Buns" Phillips, 41, of New Cumberland, WV formerly of East Liverpool, passed away on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at Weirton Medical Center.
Hope was born in East Liverpool on June 14, 1984. She was a graduate of East Liverpool High School Class of 2002. She enjoyed painting and gardening.
