I. Reed Feuster

I. Reed Feuster, 78, of Freehold, passed away on Sunday, October 22, 2023. Born in North Charleroi, PA, he resided in Freehold for 52 years. Reed graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 1967 and furthered his education at NYU and Purdue. He was a career employee at Bell Telephone Laboratories before retiring in 2004. Reed was a very active church member, first at Hope Lutheran Church, and then at Colts Neck Reformed Church. He was, also a Board Member of the Reformed Church Home. Reed was a proud Eagle Scout, he enjoyed his Lionel trains, and he was an avid Penn State football fan.
He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Nancy, and his sister Kay DeCarli and her husband, Ron. Reed is survived by three children and their spouses; Reed (Bud) and Doreen Feuster, Todd and Sherri Feuster, and Ellen and Chris Vande Bunte; three grandchildren, Liam Feuster, Eleanor (Ellie) Feuster, and Luke Vande Bunte. He was a loving role model for his children and grandchildren.
