Irmgard W. Schulten

Schulten, Irmgard (nee Rugullies) of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away on May 26, 2025 at the age of 91. Irmgard was born in East Prussia, Germany (now Lithuania) to the late Adolf and Ande (nee Armonies) Rugullies. Beloved wife of 61 years of the late Walter Schulten. Loving mother of two daughters, Monica Hirth (Jody Luman) and Frances Schulten (Matt Pamer). Cherished Oma of Jessica (Jason) Boone, Amanda Hirth and Krista Hirth (Chad Archdeacon) and two great grandsons, Malcolm and Miles. Dear sister of the late Helmut Rugullies, Gerda Hempfling, Gerhard Rugullies, and Gerlinda Rugullies. She will be missed by her extended family, Jenny Luman (Dave Kerr), Beth (Dean) Melson & Jonah and also her grand dog, Uno. She leaves behind many nieces, nephews and longtime friends.
She was a wonderful wife, mother and oma full of life and laughter. Irmgard was a true artisan of the kitchen. She was well known for her exceptional skills in crafting delectable tortes and pastries. She leaves behind a legacy of warmth, strength and kindness. Touching the lives of everyone she met with her radiant smile and generosity. She will be forever remembered and missed.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 9th from 11am until time of Funeral Service at 12pm at Pilgrim United Church of Christ, 4418 Bridgetown Rd Cincinnati, Ohio 45211. Memorials may be made to Pilgrim United Church of Christ, 4418 Bridgetown Rd Cincinnati, Ohio 45211 OR charity of one's choice.
