I grew up with Irving at Carson elementary School and I remember having play dates with him even before that. I had been trying to find him the past few years and unfortunately finally found this obituary. We were also confirmed together at Temple Emmanuel and that's pretty much when we lost touch in the 10th grade. I'm sorry I did not get a chance to speak with him before he passed.

My family's deepest of condolences to the family of Irv. Irving was a funny, unforgettable, talented classmate at Graland School in Denver. I remember his gift of music and unique sense of humor. May he rest in peace. E Murane, Denver

I met Irv at Lake Braddock in 2003. He immediately made me realize what a special person he was and I was so grateful to have him as a friend. We spoke about everything and had so many different discussions . He always made me feel that both my opinions and I mattered. An outstanding teacher who cared about his students especially those who were not easy to reach but he did! His passing is a terrible loss to his friends and all those he met. May the loving memories that you have give you solace during this difficult time.
