Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, August 26, 2023 at 8:00pm at Boone Family Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Chad Corum officiating.
Graveside services will be held on Sunday, August 27, 2023 at 2:00pm at Potter Mains Cemetery. Anyone that wants to follow us to the cemetery please meet at Boone Family Funeral Home by 1:00pm.
The family will receive friends from 5:00-8:00pm on Saturday, August 26, 2023; three hours prior to the funeral service at Boone Family Funeral Home.
Mr. Blevins was born in Watauga County on October 22, 2002 to Timothy Andrew Blevins and Pamela Lynette Roark Carr. He graduated from Ashe County High School. He moved to Gatlinburg 3 years ago to begin a business "Off Road Gatlinburg", where he was the manager and a guide. In his spare time, he enjoyed welding and riding his dirt bike.
Mr. Blevins is survived by: his mother and stepfather, Pam Carr (Steve) of Butler, TN; his father, Tim Blevins, of Kentucky; a sister, Savannah Blevins, of Creston; his maternal grandmother & grandfather Ellen & Eddie Roark of Creston.

Isaiah was a great example of Christianity. Never judging, always smiling and forever lending a hand when needed. He loved helping people and was a leader to the young men under his charge setting an example of how to treat people. Job well done Good and Faithful Servant. His family has the deepest condolences from the entire Oley Family. WE WILL MISS HIM but find comfort in knowing where he is and what he's doing.
