Jack Berry

John "Jack" E. Berry Sr, 83, passed away on Friday, October 3rd, 2025, after a courageous 4-month battle with cancer. Jack was born to William and Harriett Berry in Cleveland, Ohio. He is survived by his beloved children Tammy Hunt (Tom) and John Berry (Alyssa), cherished grandchildren, TJ, Maggie, Brendan, Khaden, Steele, and Lake, former spouse Pam Berry (Tom McFarland) and many dear friends and extended family. Jack was predeceased by his siblings, Barbara Curry and William Berry.

Jack attended St. Edward High School, Xavier University and The Ohio State University for Dentistry. Jack was a passionate boater, buying his first boat at age 15. He was a long-time member of The Cleveland Yachting Club and served as Commodore in 1993. Jack loved to ski and travel. After retirement, he traveled the country in his R.V. with his German Shepherd, "Buckeye."

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to St. Edward High School.

A funeral mass will be held for Jack on Wednesday, October 8th, 2025, at 11:00 at St. Christopher Church, 20141 Detroit Road, Rocky River, Ohio, 44116. A Celebration of Life will be held immediately following the funeral at The Cleveland Yachting Club.
