It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved son, Jack Thomas Egbert, who left this world far too soon on May 3, 2025, in Orlando, Florida. Born on October 24, 2024, in Lakeland, Florida, Jack was the cherished son of Jason and Sarah Egbert. Though his time with us was brief, he touched the hearts of all who knew him with his unique spirit and undeniable charm.
Jack was a remarkable little soul, possessing an old soul's wisdom and a personality that seemed to belong to a much older being. His love for the music of the 1960s and 70s was evident from an early age; he would light up with joy at the sound of classic tunes, while pop music, particularly that of Justin Timberlake, would bring him to tears. This endearing quirk only added to the warmth and character that surrounded him, as he seemed to communicate his preferences with a depth that belied his tender age.
In his short life, Jack taught us the beauty of simplicity and the joy of music. He reminded us to cherish the moments of laughter and love, and to appreciate the melodies that fill our lives. His presence brought light to our days, and his memory will forever resonate in our hearts.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held in honor of Jack on Saturday, May 10, 2025, at 12 noon. The service will take place at 133 Burning Bush Cove, Auburndale, FL 33823. We invite all who knew and loved Jack to join us in remembering his spirit and the joy he brought into our lives.
Rest in peace, dear Jack. You will be forever missed and always remembered. To plant a beautiful memorial tree in memory of Jack, please visit our Tree Store.
