Jack Kubik Obituary
In honor of Jack, a visitation will be held on Sunday, February 15, 2026, from 1:00 pm – 6:00 pm at Modell Funeral Home, 7710 S. Cass Ave, Darien. Friends and family are invited back to the funeral home on Monday, February 16, 2026, for additional visitation from 8:45 am until time of prayers at 9:15 am. A procession to Holy Trinity Church for a 10:00 am Mass will immediately follow prayers. A procession to Queen of Heaven Cemetery will immediately follow Mass.
