Jack Bernard Roman

Jack Roman, 90 years old, of St. Augustine, FL passed away on Wednesday, January 14, 2026, with his loving family by his side. He also resided in Rhinebeck, NY, Brentwood, NY, Bayonne, NJ and Jersey City, NJ, where he was born. Devoted husband of Josephine Roman, loving father of Jack Roman and Bali Roman-Amarat and dear grandfather of Brooke. He joined the service in 1953 and was thereafter a lifelong Marine, Semper Fi. He was employed by Seybert-Nicholas Printing Press for approximately 35years prior to his retirement. Jack Roman was a very caring and generous person. He loved his family & the Marine Corps. He looked over his family and continued to offer aid to his kids till the day he passed. He was a solid shoulder for his family to lean on. He was always joking and kidding around, even in the ICU. All the local store and shop owners and personnel said he was great and would be missed when they found out he passed. He will be sorely missed by us all. He was predeceased by his parents, Gloria and Ceferino Roman. A memorial service will be held on February 9th at Craig Funeral Home, 1475 Old Dixie Hwy, St. Augustine, FL 32084, at 11am gathering followed by a ceremony at 12pm.
