Jackie married Gary Hessee on June 10, 1961 and they had 54 wonderful years together. Three things in life that Jackie enjoyed the most were attending church, gardening and spending time with the family. She was a member of Crossway Baptist Church in Springfield, Missouri.
Jackie was preceded in death by her loving husband Gary Hessee, parents Clarance and Mary Reaves, and one of her best friends, her sister-in-law Beverly Reaves.
Jackie is survived by four children Joan Snider and husband Lindy, Lori Dudley and husband Brian, Lesa Collins and husband John, and Mark Hessee and wife Tracy. She is also survived by several grand-children; Justin (Sheena), Brandon (Allison), Kyle (Brianna), Meagan (Ryan Verfurth), Keelee, Kendra, Hannah (Ethan Garrett), and Chanler; great-grandchildren Brookelyn, Emma, Logan, Khloe, Dawson, Jaxson, Liam, and Vivian, one brother Hubert Reaves, beloved sister-in-law Mary Day and family and friends.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, December 7 th from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm at Greenlawn Funeral Home East, with funeral services beginning at 12:00 pm.
