Jackie Ilean Vaugh, a devoted bookkeeper at several different banks, has passed away Thursday, July 11, 2024, in Roswell, New Mexico. She was born on February 13, 1948, in Carlsbad, New Mexico to Johnny Culpepper and Evelynn Hickman.
In her career as a bookkeeper, Jackie exhibited diligence precision in her work at many different places. Her contribution and commitment to her profession will be remembered by all who enjoyed the pleasure of working her.
Outside of her work, Jackie found happiness in vacationing, exploring new places creating lasting memories.
Jackie is preceded in death her parents, John Allen Culpepper and Evelynn Hickman; husband, J.B Vaughn; and brother, Johnnie Robert Culpepper.
She is survived by her loving daughter Tammy Larraine Berry of Roswell, N.M. and son Jody Allen Briggs of Austin. T.X. 4 grandchildren and 3 great- grandchildren.
Jackies legacy of love lives on through her children and all those who were fortunate enough to know her.
A memorial service to honor and celebrate the life of Jackie Ilean Vaughn will be held on Friday, July 19, 2024, at 2:00 PM at Ballard Funeral Home in Roswell, New Mexico.
May she rest in peace as her memory continues to be cherished by those she left behind.
