Jacklyn "Jackie" Marlene Andrews, 90, of Andrews, Texas passed away on Monday, June 23, 2025, at Madison Medical Resort in Odessa, Texas.
Jackie was born on March 31, 1935, in Winnsboro, Texas to Lester Mattie Aimsworth Howe and Charles Roy Howe.
She was a member of First Baptist Church in Andrews and was a wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother who was also a housewife who took care of her family who she loved dearly. Jackie loved attending church and was very active. She enjoyed traveling and fishing and taking care of her many cats throughout the years. Jackie also enjoyed knitting and crocheting and loved to make blankets for her family members, especially her grandchildren. She loved life but mostly she loved her family, and they adored her. Jackie will be missed but never forgotten.
Survivors include her sons, Johnny Lee Andrews of Lake Whitney, Texas and Roger Andrews of Odessa; five grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Jackie was preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Lester Howe; her sister, Pat Chappell; her son, Rory Weldon Andrews; her grandson, Jessie Andrews and the love of her life, Buford "Andy" Andrews who passed away in 1999.
A Graveside Service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Friday, June 27, 2025, at Andrews West Cemetery under the direction of McNett Funeral Home in Andrews.
