Jacob Anderson

Well, folks, Jacob "Jake" Lee Anderson of Boise, Idaho, my little brother and part-time nemesis, decided to clock out early on July 13, 2025. Born in Colorado Springs, CO, on September 13, 1976, Jake was a creative soul and a flooring installer by trade. If there was a way to make a tile floor look like an 8-bit Super Mario scene, Jake was your guy. He was a loving dad to his three sons - Eric, Jeremiah, and Tristen, whom he cared for more than anything else, even more than his precious video games.
As a loyal brother, he was always there with a witty remark to lighten the mood or a swift kick in the backside if I needed it. Jake was a master at turning any situation into a punchline and had the rare talent of making people laugh with his unique brand of humor. His jokes were like his flooring installations - sometimes you had to squint to see the beauty in it, but once you did, it was unforgettable.
Jake is survived by his sons Jeremiah and Tristen, his father Steven, and his brother, Yours Truly. He now joins his mother Sheila and son Eric in the big arcade in the sky.
