Jake was a beloved father, brother, son, uncle, cousin, grandfather and friend. His heart was filled with love for everyone he met. If you were introduced to Jake you were also knowingly or unknowingly, a part of his prayer list. Jake had a deep connection with his Heavenly Father and spoke to and of him endlessly. The family takes solace in knowing that bond remains more complete and stronger than ever, now that his soul is in presence of our Lord.
Jake is survived by: his two daughters, Jealousy (Alonzo) and Gabby; his grandson, Alonzo; his mother, Joann Lopez Diaz; his siblings, Jessica (Marcus and Dominic Verdugo) Joshua (Dani and Patricio Diaz) and Jaime (Rachel, Laylah, Benji, Noah). He was met with love in Heaven by: his son Jacob Jr.; his father Butch Diaz; and other loved ones.
Private family services are currently pending and will be announced at a later date.
