Family and friends are invited to a visitation from 6 o'clock to 8 o'clock on Thursday, June 6, 2024, at James A. Dyal Funeral Home. The funeral will be at 1 o'clock on Friday, June 7, 2024, at the James A. Dyal Funeral Home Chapel. Burial to follow at Dorchester Memory Gardens.
Jacob was born on May 14, 1999, in North Charleston, SC, the son of Marcus and Christina Milton. Jacob was so very loved and will be deeply missed.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by: Sister, Lacey Milton; Grandparents: Mark and Denise Milton, and Donald and Sandra K. Brown; Aunts and Uncles: Jimmy Brown, Jaimei Creel (Chris), Nikki DeGuzman (Leslie), Donnie Brown (Joanne), James Milton (Siri), Sally Milton; and Best Friends: Joshua Williams and Travis Varnes.

Jacob had this laid back demeanor that I wish we all had always one with a joke to give I´m truly going to miss my buddy, I know you´re in heaven looking down on us all continue to watch over your family and friends bro ,thank you for the time you gave us while you was here we will never forget you .
