Jacob Offerman Obituary

Jacob graduated from Central High School in 2008 and earned his associates degree from Ivy Tech. He loved his job with Back to the Roots and was a former employee at Fulton Interior Systems. Jacob enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with his dogs, Lola, Mr. Clyde and Sally. Most of all, he cherished time spent with his family, especially his daughters. Jacob enjoyed life's simple pleasures and lived life to the fullest.
He is survived by his parents; wife, Mary Kate "Katie" Offerman; daughters, Aubrey Offerman and Isabella Vanderkooy; sisters, Molly (Jerry) Chastain and Maddy (Josh) Marx; grandmother, Mayta Offerman; and several nieces and nephews.
Jacob was preceded in death by his grandfathers, John Offerman and John Wilkinson; grandmother, Judy Davis; aunt, Marian Offerman; and cousin, Matthew Wilkinson.
Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday, August 4, 2025 at Ziemer Funeral Home North Chapel, 6300 N. First Ave., Evansville. Visitation will continue from 9:00 a.m. to 10 a.m. at the funeral home. A Funeral service will begin at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, August 5, 2025 with Reverend Tim Garrett Officiating.
Burial will be at St. Joseph Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family to assist with final expenses.

Nothing I can say or write is going to make this any better but you aren't alone as you are seeing and will see in these next few days.
Your boy is always going to live in your heart and your memories, so always tell the stories about him. Make sure the little ones know about him. Don't ever feel awkward for talking about him.
He was here and he lived a life and it was real.
I'm praying that you and yours will come to feel peace and happiness that he was here with you for his time.
