Jacqueline Lee Kolometz, 95, of Zanesville, died at 9:15 A.M. on Monday, October 13, 2025, at Primrose Retirement Community. She was born November 29, 1929, in Cambridge, the daughter of the late Merril L. and Gertrude (Mann) McCullough. Jackie worked at a secretary for Muskingum College and General Electric for 19 years. She was a member of Trinity United Presbyterian Church and the V.F.W. George Selsam Post 1058 Women’s Auxiliary.
She is survived by her two daughters, Cynthia (John) Lotane and Jeri (Jack) Johnson; two step daughters, Andrea (John) Mateer and Robin Bagley; one step son, David (Sharon) Kolometz; twelve grandchildren; seven step grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; and four great great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband of fifty years, Andrew Ray Kolometz who passed away December 2, 2022, her sister, Susan White; and a brother, William McCullough
Friends and family may call from 11:00 A.M. to 11:45 A.M on Friday, October 17, 2025 at the BOLIN-DIERKES FUNERAL HOME, 1271 BLUE AVENUE, ZANESVILLE, a graveside service will be held at 12:00 NOON with Pastor Geoff Geyer officiating. She will be laid to rest beside her beloved husband Andrew at Zanesville Memorial Park Cemetery.
