She is survived by her loving husband of nearly 21 years, Jeffrey Martin Leleszi, and their beloved son, Jameson West Leleszi. Jaime is also survived by her parents, Philip and Betty Davis of Niantic, CT; her father- and mother-in-law, James and Joyce Leleszi of Lewes, DE; her brother- and sister-in-law, James and Monica Leleszi of Middletown, DE; her cherished nephew and niece, Logan and Avery Leleszi; and a wide circle of devoted friends.
Jaime earned her bachelor's degree in Health and Exercise Science from Syracuse University, followed by a master's degree in Physical Therapy from Regis University. She was the proud owner of Physical Freedom, where she dedicated her career to helping others live fuller, healthier lives.
Those who knew Jaime will remember her as a larger-than-life presence, with an effervescent smile and a spirit that lit up every room she entered. She was a beautiful soul-genuine, vibrant, and deeply compassionate.
Jaime had a profound love for music and travel. Some of her happiest moments were spent with friends at concerts and festivals.
She will be deeply missed by her family and the countless people whose lives she touched.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to a college fund for Jameson West Leleszi. Details will be forthcoming.

Jaime was a childhood friend. We were inseparable from 1st-5th grade. At recess in first grade, we used to pretend we were TV hosts and performed in front of a "studio audience" of all our imaginary friends. We had sleepovers and played Chopsticks on the piano for hours, the only thing we knew how to play. We'd swim across Gorton Pond with her mom and hike Devil's Hopyard with her dad. She was the most fun, the most full-spirited, genuine, creative person. There was truly no one like her! That's why so many people remember her. She is unforgettable. My deepest, deepest condolences go to all who will feel this hole in their heart. Rest easy, Jaime. Thanks so much for the memories.
