Obituary Jajuan Anthony Stacey, 24 ~Leading Buffalo~
Jajuan Anthony Stacey, of Blackfoot, Idaho passed away Monday November 10, 2025, in Idaho Falls, Idaho. He was born on October 24, 2001, in Blackfoot, Idaho.
He was a beloved Son, Father, Brother, Grandson, Nephew, and most of all a friend. He was the eldest Son of Colin E. Stacey and Cassandra (John) Tendoy. Father to Sammie Stacey, Companion and friend to Monica Zamora, Oldest Brother to Kaydence, Cadin, Alysaiha, Rosie, Tris'Stann, Ilyana and Estrella Stacey. He grew up and attended school in Blackfoot, Idaho and was employed with the Shoshone-Bannock Tribal Enterprises, Sage Hill, as a Cashier.
His greatest source of joy came from being a daddy to his beautiful daughter, Sammie. He was a hardworking and devoted father. He enjoyed playing video games with his bros, watching movies, helping his grandmas, going camping with his school buddies, he loved animals, especially his dogs, Von and Kumar, and spending time with his family. His love language was sharing his contagious smile and spending time with the people he loved most. He was a member of the Native American Church. His Indian Name is Leading Buffalo, bestowed to him by is late Grandpa, Merle Tendoy (Naape).
Jajuan is survived by his parents Colin Stacey, Cassandra & John Tendoy, daughter Sammie Stacey and her mother Monica Zamora; his siblings Kaydence (Maceo), Cadin, Alysaiha, Rosie, Tris'Stann, Ilyana and Estrella Stacey; Grandmas Georgie Tendoy, Evelyn "Bam" Broncho, Aunts Georgette (Ernie) Running Eagle, Dez'Rae (Jeremy) Galloway, Marlo Repeta, Uncles, Greg and Marcus Stacey, Randy and David Metz. Cousins, Naivi (Cory) Phillips, Levi and Ser'Rae Running Eagle, Greg (Natalya) Stacy, Kierra and Markell Stacy, and numerous other grandparents, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Jajuan is preceded in death by his grandparents Stanford and Thelma Hill, George Stacy, Tom Jones, Great Grandparents (Tzo Tzos) Udale Simmer Tendoy, Delphina Dee Martinez, Ida Diggie Broncho, Wando Broncho and uncle Jay Metz.
Jajuan will be taken to his grandmas, Georgie Tendoy's residence on Wednesday November 12, 2025, at 12:00 pm, located at 713 US-91, Blackfoot, Idaho 83221, where he will remain until burial on Friday November 14, 2025, at 2:00 pm at the Gibson Cemetery. Friends and family are welcome to come view Jajuan at his grandmas.
The family is under the care of Hawker Funeral Home.
